Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through thezflipcase.com, including domestic and international shipments. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing time is separate from transit time. Your total delivery estimate is processing time plus transit time for your region.

Important Notes on Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Public holidays in the origin or destination country
- Customs clearance procedures for international shipments
- Carrier delays outside of our control
- High volume periods such as peak shopping seasons or major holidays
We ship from warehouses located in the United States and China. Your order will be dispatched from the location closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery at no extra cost to you.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value is required and no coupon code is needed. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier system.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at contact@thezflipcase.com with your order number.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
The Z Flip Case is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are determined solely by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order if you are unsure about fees that may apply in your country. We are unable to declare packages as gifts or undervalue orders on customs forms.
Delivery Address Changes
We are unable to change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to update your shipping address please contact us at contact@thezflipcase.com within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at contact@thezflipcase.com. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on returning an unwanted item after delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe for your region please contact us at contact@thezflipcase.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible including issuing a replacement or refund where appropriate.
