We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Z Flip Case. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to make it right.


Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We believe in giving our customers enough time to properly evaluate their purchase and reach out to us if anything is not right.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Tags must be intact where applicable
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Screen protectors and single-use protective films that have been opened or installed
  • Sale items purchased at a discounted price
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@thezflipcase.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions — do not send items back without prior approval
  3. Once approved we will provide a return shipping label and the confirmed return address
  4. Package your item securely in its original packaging and send it back

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@thezflipcase.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve this at no cost to you — either with a free replacement or a full refund. You will not be required to return the item in most cases involving damage or defects.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original order once approved and place a new order separately. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you within 2 business days of the approval status.

If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it please contact us at contact@thezflipcase.com and we will investigate immediately.


European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing justification. To be eligible the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
